Hi, just to let you know here in the USA government do not pay for athletes to train or compete, athletes and family members pay and hope that when they win Nike or coca Cola use them for TV spots, People make more money than other countries and can afford training and all cost for going to the Olympic games.

Jeez guys, the US Won fair and square and your all butt hurt. Just because our Country is good at sports and not the fat stereotype everyone calls us doesn’t mean you have to hate us. So what we have a big population
Why do people just cant stopping comparing the medal race? Is this the purprose of the olympics? To me, it is all aobut the sports and I root for all athletes. It takes years of hardwork and sacrafies for the athletes. You all are the winners and be proud of yourself whether you have a medal or not.
We have the best training and coaches but most of the money comes from the athletes own pockets. We are not like China and Russia if there government sends them to special schools . We have special schools but our government does not get involved with that and they don’t really have the money .
so, we’re 5 minutes into this…when does the final credits stop and the actual closing ceremony coverage begin eh?
