I’ve studied both. Dereck will be hard to simply walk through like Haye’s claims. Aside from Dereck being mentally unstable and dangerous as a human, in the ring he’s got a difficult pressure style and can catch Hayes with some serious punches.
If David remains cool and stick’s to his game plane ( as I suspect he will) Hayes will win on points.
