I think it is wrong that students have to pay these prices. Has anyone noticed the monies being wasted on European directives such as Health and Safety and the Compensation culture. Out of the Education Budget along with the NHS and Councils – Billions of Pounds are wasted on Health and Safety and Claims management companies that have sprung up all over the UK. For example £8 Billion was paid out of the NHS in compensation claims about £4 Billion was wasted on Lawyers fees 2004 to 2009

@FatScotishguy The British government does not invade peoples homes and does not kill peoples children what are you on about? Also what is this “Illegal war” you mention? What is the war and why is it illegal? Britain is not at war with any country at the moment. But I suppose you mean this country’s role as part of an international assistance force in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan British forces are helping to defeat the Taliban, an extremist Islamist group which is killing other Afghans.

@ParagramTree Unfortunately that´s how you get their attention.The riots in august proved this!Cameron interrupted his holidays,lots of debates on Tv with government and communities representatives sitting at the table and finally discussing what policies may have caused so much anger amongst the population that led to the looting and burning down of shops.I DON´T agree with the way they did it, but it was a mean to an end coz they know the government doesnt give a shit when u do it peacefully.
@ParagramTree My point is,having seen the attention you get or lack of it from the government whenever you protest peacefully in this country. If the government does everything to jeopardise your future by increasing tuition fees, while they give billions of pounds to bailout other countries,if you´re going to protest against such a corrupt and unfair system you might as well add disruption and chaos, by smashing up the millbank tower,bank windows,set fire to police cars if they get in your way!

How many people die because of a Government that goes to war for money not caring. if your going to talk about people dying and losing there homes and jobs look what this Government has done to other INNOCENT people. we need to Occupy the mind of the pubic with car stickers to win our money and control back from the global 1% as every country does respect to Occupy…….. Having these student debts will make little or no impact on your life after you graduate, people that complain about them have no idea how they work. The new system can potentially make students better off as there’s a chance they never even have to pay all the debts back. Tell me is £7 pound a week really going to impact your life when you’re earning £20000 a year? No, its not and you’ll have a degree behind you forever.
